I was saved at the age of sixteen but never did really get involved in church or grow spiritually until many years later. In 1986 and 1987 Br. Ralph Sexton Jr. was preaching a revival meeting in our home church in High Point , NC . The Lord really moved and worked through the meetings, and God got a hold of my heart. After struggling for a few months and wrestling with the Lord, I surrendered to the call to preach on Nov 27, 1987 , while at work.

   I was listening to a preacher on the radio and he preached on the 100 Psalm and the Lord broke my heart for missions with vs. 1. It says, "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands."   This was a selfish man that wanted the whole world to know about his God.

  So in the spring of 1988 we moved to Greenville SC. to attend Bible College at Tabernacle Baptist Church under the direction of Dr. Harold B. Sightler. I completed four years of study and earned a Bachelors degree in Theology. While in school, I contacted Dr. Alton Midgett about coming with Global Fundamental Baptist Missions.

  We were accepted in the spring of 1991, and began praying about a mission field to serve on. We began preparing to go to Micronesia but the Lord closed that door, and opened another door to the country of Thailand . We have been serving in Thailand since 1995 till the present. Through God's Grace we have had the privilege of having a part in starting five churches and helping to establish two children's homes. God has allowed us to raise the funds through our faithful supporting churches to build the Yanok Baptist Church. We also teach in a Bible College that Br. Srichai Pope has established, and we help Br. Tommy Tillman working with the Lepers in Northern Thailand .

   We have graduated 10 students from the Bible College ; this enables us to reproduce our self on the mission field. The nationals can reach far more people than we outsiders will ever reach. When we graduate them, we help them start a new work in their home villages or other cities we have visited. Our prayer is to start Independent, Fundamental, Pre-Millennial, King James Bible preaching Baptist churches in every province in the Country of Thailand.

  Please pray for the work as we labor for our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. We see souls saved on a regular basis and we Praise the Lord for this, and we realize it is because of your faithfulness to pray for this ministry and your faithful support for us. Please continue to pray for us as we train these young preachers and send them forth to work for the Lord Jesus Christ among their own people. God Bless You All.
