Dear Brethren; The WORK I will be surveying Ensenada, Mexico the last week of May. Pray that you could help finance this trip that we may see the need. There is a famine for the word as so many are not content in Mexico. My history of Catholics will surely help me reach out. The PEOPLE It’s population is around 314,000. There is 89% Roman Catholic, 6% Protestant, leaving 5% other or non-religious. There are hundred of thousands of people lost there that need to hear the Word of God. The LORD The Lord has given us a harvest in Ensenada, Mexico. “ The harvest is truly plenteous , but the labors are few; pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labours’s into the harvest.” Matt 9:37,38 The NEED We will begin with a national man called by God, trained and ready to start. Our plan is to assist him with financial and prayer support. Presently, I am asking for financial support to accomplish this goal. The Lord needs laborers, so I am willing to work towards this end . Prayerfully consider this work as part of your mission field. I can not do it alone, but together with a national pastor we can co-labor with others that have gone before us. TOGETHER Baja, Mexico needs our support by establishing Churches and we believe we can accomplish this with God’s Spirit and our hard work.. I enjoyed Global’s Mission conference in Fayettville ,Georgia with Charles Henderson a 25 year veteran of Mexico. We agree there is a great need to advance the gospel to a poor territory. Please pray about supporting this work.
In His care, Missionary Greg Basch
